Redesign of the real estate and housing news website Mycase.it.
Particularly challenging was to keep the given brand style and colors without going too “festive” with the design.
If was under my art direction I’d have changed logo and its color first, using a more trending font and keeping it monochromatic (or gray/black + color) and then build a web design around it.
I chose a darker shade of blue for titles and menus, since gray and black both splitted too much from the logo/brand, while the logo’s blue was not incisive enough.
I used some linear gradient for the video frame background, to pull up the whole thing a bit from the depths of the ’90s.
